all the shark girls wore black dresses and the shark boys wore red shirts. only anita wore the hot pink/red costumes and bernardo wore a purple-ish shirt that looked veryyyy spanish. maria and tony wore white. the jets all wore crazy different colors. its just the way we costumed it.

that's different. Interesting, definately. I like it. we had all the shark boys wearing reds/oranges/yellows, and the jet boys wore blues. Jet girls work patterned dresses, Shark girls wore bright solid colored dresses. Anita (myself) and Bernardo wore purple. I didn't think much of the color scheme the costumers chose until i saw it on stage.

The singing was good, but I'm a bit disappointed with the dancing. I know it's not your fault with that, but this is a very big dance number...and there wasn't much dancing. Other than that, very good!

i agree with TomBoyDragon3, and also, i think they should've put more emotion in this song,
i know its fun to sing but everyone was just kinda standing around not knowing what to do, and anita and rosalia should've added more bitterness towards each other, on stage, everything looked kinda awkward
i think the actresses were trying to make their voices sound nice, which they did.. beautiful voices!! but they could've let go a little and acted and danced more.
