That's because its a part of the culture. This is the real culture, not what you see in nightcluds and in movies. Its a dance of joy and celebration. Its only a sexy thing when done for male audiences in nightclubs that cater to tourists.

Actually modern Egyptians are mixed. Mostly Arab with some Black and Greek. Unless of course they are from lower Egypt. Like around Aswan. Those are definately Black people.
