There's a patch available from mirror moon. The game itself is made by type-moon and can be bought from japan and then you can apply the english patch to it.
Of course, the F/SN game contains some hentai scenes. Because that's the kind of game it is. ;)

full metal panic and haruhi are made by the same people who did air, kanon, clannad. Haruhi is about a girl who has god like powers and wants to meet espers, aliens and time travelers, but its shown from the perspective of a cynical guy called Kyon.
Full metal panic is about a guy who infiltrates a school to protect a girl from terrorists who need to get her for various reasons. both are really well done and very funny :D.

If you're still looking for good anime, I HIGHLY recommend Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, even if you don't like mecha anime (though Full Metal Panic is a mecha anime, lol). TTGL is my favorite anime, and I've seen Code Geass, which is also extremely awesome.
