| Toto has written 15 songs for Joe Dassin. 'Africa' (L'ete indien) was the first one, composed 33 years ago. Other songs composed by Toto and made famous by Joe are: 'Et si tu n'existais pas', 'Salut', 'Le jardin de Luxembourg', 'Il etait une fois nous deux'... Since Joe Dassin has left us so early, I find it very helpful that Toto finally thought of revisiting some of them. It is worth listening to his versions of 'Et si tu n'existais pas' and 'Salut'. |
