The 2nd Balkan war was a huge sin , Both states at that the time were lead by Monarchies with the explicit goal of empire building.
The first Balkan war was rushed,Nobody had worked out an agreement on how the territories should be divided, nobody was willing to compromise.
The nationalistic fervor lead to ugly things.
We need to learn from that and build a better future, Not be mired and trapped in blood feuds.
