I am not defending this guy, it's her matriarchal explosion that is a very huge double standard. If a male judge would go off like that on a female, he would be disbarred and considered violent and abusive person. Yet Matriarchal bitch can foam at the mouth all she likes. Don't you think this is a pretty poor example of keeping order in a court? In the real world and not this TV bullshit, what she did would be a very good reason for mistrial. Any good attorney would have no trouble showing that the judge ruled on emotions and lost control of herself and became defensive which would be easy to say clouded her JUDGEMENT.

It was pretty apparent that her judgment was in the process of being handed down before she got angry with him. I don't think she really crossed any lines. I wish people took that whole "reasonable" standard when looking at trial procedure as opposed to just using it IN trial.

It is her attitude, she storms off at the end just like a female in an arguement, because that is how females argue, they storm off and give you no rebuttal, because their arguement is immediate and always correct.

She gave her ruling. She has no duty to give a rebuttal when someone who SHOULD know how to act in a courtroom chooses not to. You are making dumb arguments and being arrogant and chauvinistic, but it would be WRONG of me to say you are acting "just like a man". So let's extend the same courtesy to women, k? She can talk down to him. He's an educated man who SHOULD know the legal system and how to behave, and he obviously chose not to. She did not cross any lines, in my POV.
