Wow. I didn't know IDIOTS like jshood77 still existed. And I wasn't aware that black people "invented" soulful sound since music, to me, is a human art form, not a racial one. Sia's sound is beautiful and I would love anyone who can sing like her regardless of race, creed or other orientation. It's about the music baby, nothing else.

This is my favourite song ever. The lyrics are beautiful and Sia's smooth voice suits them perfectly. People like JShood77 give black people like me a bad name. Take a step back and just read your comments. We should all be proud that we have white soul singers and black metal singers and green country acts! I'm not going to say you don't have a legit gripe but I think it's with the wrong person/people. It's true that white singers/ artits have routinely benefited from the co opting of black aesthetic and instrumentation just like a great many other cultural pursuits of the Western world but baby girl is just singing and doing a fine job of it.
