I never have had a problem. I simply said that I love the sound of McKees guitar and that I wanted one...he said that it's the mechanic not the tool...which to a degree is true..meaning if you can't play a 5k guitar won't help...having said that...anyone playing a $200 guitar vs a 5k guitar would be an improvement in tone and playability..I suppose this is why pro players generally have expensive custom made equipment. Carvetop01 also thinks a Yugo drives better then a BMW. lol

I suppose one could make the argument that 50% of the people one encounters are of below average intelligence. Clearly you fall into that category. Buying an expensive guitar will not make you sound any better if you don't have the skills. Players like Andy, Tommy Emmanuel and Martin Taylor can make any guitar sound good. Does a well made custom guitar enhance Andy's tone? Yes. Does he NEED an expensive guitar to sound good? No.
Now finish drinking your milk and go to bed.

I have yet to see any examples of his playing posted. Maybe we can all enjoy that treat when it happens. His mouth will no doubt continue to write checks his ass can't cover.

First of all, I've played mainly electric guitar for over 27 yrs and have toured with Joel Taylor and Ric Fierabracci on a pop-rock gig in the early 90's. Vocalist was Jeff Robinson.
