This is SURPRISINGLY good training!!! My god I'm so used to seeing Ronnie Coleslaw jerk a weight 2 inches up or Leslie Maggot demonstrate absurd training "technique"... that to see someone actually training correctly, its like a breath of fresh air! Yes there's lots of things he could improve on, but finally, someone who isn't a complete moron.

It sucks that jeff lost his last fight against Rizzo. I was really pulling for him. Did anyone see that fight. I know that Jeff lost a tooth and fucked up Pedro pretty good on the feet. If sucks that he couldn't get him down. Monson is an animal.

Yeah I saw the fight, Jeff lost but he was doing awesome on his stand up. Pedro Rizzo's corner was actually telling Pedro to take Jeff to the ground! It's on youtube, type in Jeff Monson and scroll towards the bottom and you should find it.
