@ GubbruPunjabi, i read in his interview that b4 VOI he had been exploited alot, People have organised live shows on his name and then he was not paid a single penny,and by the word gandegi he dint mean his life back in hometown but the dirty exploitive world.

No.....the public of India hasn't spoken...the public of Punjab has spoken Everytime Ishmeet does well because of Punjab. The neutral zone thing that they did? almost everytime with the neutral zone thing Ishmeet got most from Punjab and hardly anything from the rest of India. These votes are by people who VOTE. Most doctors and lawyers and extremely accomplished people don't bother voting. They think what will they gain by voting? and thats the truth they wont gain anything

Sorry but Punjab is part of India's voice...UP has the highest population in India and still it did not vote enough for Harshit...and I can guarantee there are no less doctors or lawyers in Punjab than in UP.
This tells me two things: Punjabis are a relatively richer community (highest per-capita income earning state in the country) so they have the capacity to vote more. Secondly, UP did not feel strong enough towards Harshit to vote for him.

But my heart goes out to Ishmeet, who died last month...it is likely a murder, a conspiracy. People cannot accept a Punjabi winning, and Hindu newspapers were extremely biased. News didn't showcase his win as they did for other Hindu winners. My heart goes out for Ishmeet and his family and a huge loss for India's talent.
