True he is stronger then a super saiyan when he fused with kami but no one had yet to be a full power SSJ such as goku was when fought cell. So technically no he is not as strong as a super saiyan or even close.
Beat 17 like nothing my ass. He barely beat 17 and cell showed up before the fight was even finished.
Piccolo is stronger then 17 but not by much and a little weaker then first form cell.

well there is different levels of ssj..all im saying is that when piccolo is fused w/ kami he is stronger than a regular ssj.but hell no he isnt stronger than ascended or other levels...what sucks about Piccolo was that he used to be one of the best dbz characters..then they made him weak as hell

True all the characters were badass but then goku goes SSJ and everyone becomes a minor character...
But piccolo isn't as strong as a regular SSJ Vegeta wasn't SSJ 2 when he basically beat the hell out of second form cell and goku was only full power SSJ against perfect cell...
Piccolo still has the most badass move though. Special beam cannon and hellzone grenades! :O

Piccolo was just as strong as Vegeta and Trunks in the Cell Games saga, watch Cell Jr. fight. Then they changed him from being very badass to very useless after that...

Piccolo & Vegeta are my favorite characters because They are both hotheads (but deep down, they are loving and caring). Both used to be evil like their fathers. Great fathers. by the way picclo should've been gohan's stepfather. Goku hardly takes care of him or train him. Piccolo is much nicer than Goku. It's True.

after everything no matter who it was piccolo was always to be respected as a powerful fighter. no even goku would take piccolo lightly. piccolo always has a plan even if he isnt powerful enough. remember he saved goku vs freiza and salza and 13 and he bitched out vegata against brolly

Piccolo is the coolest of all Z fighters.And why was he made so weak eventually.I mean all the saiyans keep on increasing their power throughout the series but his power level stops growing reaching a certain level
