This was 100% fake. Ali may have hit him, but certainly did not warrant one of the toughest boxers in history to fall like that. Liston suffered a broken jaw in the past and fought on, he was hammered and bleeding against Williams and fought on and won. And we are supposed to believe this gentle tap KOd him?

bollocks, it was early & liston wudnt of bin expecting it. its why it knocked him down. It was the shock, didnt expect it at all. AND not just that, but liston moved into it making it alot harder on him.
If any1 is to blame its the reff for stopping it so early. because if liston would of got back into it, would of bin a good fight?
BUT he was only doing his job, he has to keep the fighters safe.
