no, no es su voz, es un actor nada mas pero personaliza a uno de los mas grandes cantantes de todos los tiempos, este se llamaba Farinelli y era un castrati, por eso tenia esa voz tan agudisima.

true and not true... u should hear than Philippe Jaroussky and his live performances. He's a contratenor, and this is his voice in the movie, even in the parts of high vocal ranges. In some parts Cecilia Bartolli sings in the movie, but the most of the "role" is of Philippe Jaroussky, and remember that Cecilia Bartolli isn't a soprano, but mezzosoprano...

What? It's NOT Philippe Jaroussky and neither is it Cecilia Bartoli in the movie!! Its Ewa Mallas Godlewska, and Derek Lee Ragin, their voices superponed, but in this aria it is only Ewa Mallas Godlewska. However, Bartoli could have done Farinellis voice totally on her own.
