No shit he doesn't fight. But as someone who wears an "A" on his shirt, he should at least stand up for his teammate who just got laid out. That's what a GOOD "A" would do anyways. Sure Modano probably would have gotten trimmed by Tootoo but at least he wouldn't have looked like such a bitch.
By the way, thanks for informing me about enforcers. I've played for 19 years so I got an idea. This isn't about that though. It's about STICKING UP FOR YOUR TEAMMATE. Something any descent player does

Sorry. You're not going to change my view on this. Wearing a "C" or an "A" makes you a leader. As a leader you stick up for your people. He failed miserably in that situation. Funny Iginla and Lecavalier do that stuff to and they will both drop the mitts. Just as two examples.
