The front camera was mounted on a mini tripod, which was left folded and put inside the top pocket of my jacket. The pocket had a zip which helped to hold it steady. The problem with the front camera was the wind noise!
The rear camera was strapped to a BRICK and then strapped to the pillion section of the seat. I thought that the brick might minimise the vibration, but it didn't work very well. The sound was better from the rear camera.
