Just because you pay someone more money doesn't necessarily mean your getting a better quality sword. it all depends on how much time is taken to complete the sword and if all the raw materials are of S class quality.
BTW this puts all my Cheness, Hanwei, Cold Steel, Musashi and Global gear Japanese styled swords to rest

Ok a katana is cool I own A Katana and a Wakizushi.. But to say it is spiritual is just... come on its a pieace of meatal! Nowere in the Bible does it say worship a matereal thing it says just the oposite... There is no real sane resone to buy a katana that is more that $300....

well why wouldnt it? the claymore's sturdy and heavy design would shatter a katana. thing is, while a claymore would surpass a katana in general power by a mile, the katana was designed to be quick and sharp; therefore, it is the wielder's skill and how he uses any sword that counts.
