DEA should go bust a meth lab. Better use of their time. They have prosecutorial discretion, they don't have to go attack the marijuana dispensaries, they could ignore them and go after other duties like border patrol. They'd be fully within the law. Cops don't arrest every jaywalker, since it's impossible for cops to arrest every lawbreaker, they are only held accountable for the ones they choose to stop. The Feds could choose to do something else, but they don't. Cowards.
