It is unfortunate that Mandela and the ANC did not speak out louder vs Mugabe before he totally ruined his country with his short sighted so called land reform, just reading that inflation on certain food items in Zimbawbe is running 70 million per cent, and we complain about gas prices doubling from last years levels, and it is unfortunate that on many levels life is not that much better and may even be worse, for the average black South African.

I moved to South Africa Capetown not long after this song was out in the UK and i got sent a copy of Now Thats What I Call Music 2 or 3 i can't remember sent to me with The Special AKA on it i know i used to play it full blast on the stereo we had had the time just to wind up the right Afrikaaners baring in mind this was about 1984 and i was 11 and Nelson was still on Robin Island i think.

About Mugabe: The man is crazy, no doubt. Nevertheless, he has spent most of his career fighting against aphartaid (up to year 2000). I visited Zimbabwe 1998, I still could see enormous segregation between africans an whites. I dont think it is fair that the rich farmers should be available to have these large farms without sharing. What I saw in 98 was sad, I felt like "is aphartaid really gone?". My wish is the farmers left the country and somebody else than Mugabe should run the country
