Sly Stone's band has been back together for a few years now--without Sly--but they are wonderful. Cynthia, Jerry and Rose were together with several excellent musicians. The lead singer, Fred, sounded just like Sly but I hear he has now been replaced. You can google them at Family Stone Experience and look for tour dates. I've seen them about 6 times in the last 3 or 4 years and they are exciting and FUNKY!
