Iraq Invaded its neighbor Kuwait, Saaddam signed a peace deal to keep allied forces from storming Bagdad. He broke all the UN resolutions. He provoked the western powers to take Iraq. Now he is gone (a good thing )and soon allied forces will go home and Iraq will be a sovergn nation again.
