evanescence are not a christian band today. I believe amy and ben met on a camp which unless i'm misremembering was christian,they are on wind up records which signs many Christian bands including 12 stones, the lead singer of which featured on bring me to life as male vox. early songs have lyrics that definitely can be interpreted as christian.post 'fallen the band renounced its christian id.

this was one of the first songs from evanescence that I have heard (5 years ago) then i tend to stumble on this-BEAUTIFUL SONG- that i used to sing to in the shower. when i stumbled to it, i started crying (We have headphones hooked to our computer) and he just looks at me.
