the Ethiopians danced in front of the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace); dancing and saying [in their language], "Muhammad is a righteous servant." The Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said, "What are they saying?" And they said, "'Muhammad is a righteous servant'" (Musnad al-Imam Ahmad. 6 vols. Cairo 1313/1895. Reprint. Someone who calls sufism as bid'ah... It's not true. I want to say that Islam implementation needs soul. The soul of Islam is sufism. Sufism shows the happiness of heart.. because of ALLAH's greatness. I love sufism, I love Chechnya.

Sufism means to purify ones self, it is not a sect, such as Shia or Sunni, but it is an element incorperated into the Sunni schools of thought. They wish to purify themselves from all sin and use meditation, music and recitation of poetry or Quran to elevate in their religious aspects.

stagfurllah ya ALLAH swt help the people who are in true falsehood, did Rasulullah saws ever make zikir like this? if u do zikir that is different from the zikir prophet saws done zikir you are trying to say that you do better zikir then prophet saws... this is pure ignorance show me in the Quran or the Hadiths or show me which scholar said that Rasulullah saws did zikir like this...

Sunni Islam follow the Quran,Hadith and the ijma of Ulamas. Sunni Islam consists of IMAN(Tawheed or belief), ISLAM(Shariah laws and fiqh) and IHSAN(Cleansing of the heart or Tasawuf). Sufism is just one part of Sunni Islam and falls under IHSAN. Plse check with ur local sunni mosque for further clarification where possible. Allah knows best. Salam.

Imam Nawawi said in Sahih Muslim (6-21):
"The Prophet's saying 'every innovation is a general-particular and it is a reference to most innovations.
Sheikh al-Islam lbn Hajar Al Asqalani, the commentator on al-Bukhari, said, "Anything that did not exist during the Prophet's time is called innovation, but some are good while others are not."

Abu Na'eem, narrated from Ibrahim al-Junaid, said, "I heard Ash-Shafi'i saying, 'Innovation is of two types: praiseworthy innovation and blameworthy innovation, and anything that disagrees with the Sunnah is blameworthy."
Imam al Bayhaqi narrated in Manaqib Ash-Shafi'i that he said, "Innovations are of two types: that which contradicts the Quran, the Sunnah, or unanimous agreement of the Muslims is an innovation of deception, while a good innovation does not contradict any of these things."
