No need for rude words. The army uses the word neutralize instead of kill. Just like they use in hospitals expire instead of die. I am all for net neutrality it's just that these videos that I saw never really explained very well which side the people are and which side the corporations are so I mixed them up.

Honestly, at this point in time, if ISPs were honest about their promises, most of the US should have fiber optic cables; they received a $25 billion dollar tax write off in the 1990s from the government to improve service, but were never held accountable.
