When the four arrows appear, you have to press the Croch/roll button (default "Shift").

OK I've just figured it out!!! Here is the manual.
1) At first you have to make him angry
2) When he runs towards you, hold down RMB until everything slows down.
3) Keep holding RMB and press left or right arrow and then shift.
4) Shoot T-Rex into his eye
