It's a wonderful insight into the daily work of a ballerina - whether she is performing that day or not. Natalia's commentary gives serious points of criticism, particularly about her body control. For me, the close shots of her feet are great - showing as they do the strength in her instep.

There is something so breathtaking about her dancing. I was just watching a DVD of her in Swan Lake last night and even the simplest little movements were absolutely amazing. My grandma put it perfectly saying Natalia can make the ugliest choreography beautiful.
