It feels good when they are infested with mites. I bet it has a grip of fleas on it or a dry skin condition, it is obviously too fat to get back there and scratch itself. acctually cats are pretty smart..and even if they were dumb they have natural insincts so the cat isnt too scared to run away, it doesnt want to. Also if the cat would really not like this or something then it would show it, scratch, bit, hiss, flick its tail around and so on.
