well i tend to think i understand it pretty well...the song is clearly about a guy who lost a girl he really cared about. and then the last chorus is maybe a fantasy about them being together again or something...read the lyrics it's pretty clear. don't just go off of the video lol cause this is not what the song's about

To jason, this song deals with his relationship with his family. For me and probably a lot more others, I like to think of it as a lost relationship with a guy and a girl.
