Possible correction to what you said..
But for example Darth Vader wasn't afraid to face death whereas in comparison Sidious feared the concept of death. Through his actions Anakin sacrificed everything to gain power, as he essentially died when he protected Palpatine from Windu, the best damn jedi in the universe hehe...whilst before this Anakin was forced to make a choice regarding his actions. However in Mustafar we see lil Ani alone as he is crying, since in some way we all have done as bad.

What's wrong with the NooOOoO? Its going one of the last displays of grief and loss he will show in a long time. Also having the human emotion distorted by the mechanized speech unit only makes it more tragic. BTW no one laughed in the theater when I saw it. We were too busy thinking "Poor guy :'("

There are only so many movie scenes that a person can say they truly were amazed by. Darth Vader was an icon for over 20 years before this scene was made, and I believe that's what lends credance to this one. Episodes 4,5 and 6, showed Darth Vader as a lifeless cold-hearted beast, but people still thought he was the coolest bad guy. This scene shows his last human emotion... one of pain and grevance. I believe this to be the scene in which Darth Vader will be most remembered.
