Here's what happended.
Her voice was cracked that day. Her system producer found out and wanted a better pay. He was a good guy but he demanded more money or he would quit. They did not pay him so he left and they hired somebody new. That person screwed up the lip sync and then she got caught. She was going to lip sync the song first, but the new guy screwed it up by accident.
Pretty much that's the story.
