this isn't my favourite version, but I adore Dolores and the Cranberries. I enjoyed this version as I got into it, but im still the tradionalist lol. it grows on you

I agree completely. She's too flat and doesn't have the sheer power of voice that is required, that's why it goes from voice to gasping/whispering.
