Greta Lovisa Gustafsson, aka Greta Garbo (1905 - 1990), was born in Sweden, and later became a U. S. citizen in 1951. Many films she starred in, like "Mata Hari", "Camille", and "Ninotchka", are classics. Ms. Garbo stopped acting after WWII and began the life of a recluse at a 7-room apartment in New York City. Her beauty is legendary, and the way she wore her hat is especially memorable. The soundtrack is "They Can't Take That Away From Me" by Billie Holiday.

I don't know if I'm the only one, but it seems like I have an out of body experience if I look at her too long. I mean the other day, after finishing a clip from The Temptress, I completely loss control of myself. I started jumping up and down, my knees went limp and I fell down a few times. On top of that, I started bawling like a baby. I never knew I was that in love with her. LOL.
