Actually, the part in the interrogation room is Cedric's trial. While in the maze, Krum assaulted Harry and Cedric killed him to defend Harry. However, the wizengamot finds Cedric guilty of murder and send dementors after him. Then there's the Kiss and poor Ced dies. So the part in black and white in the Great Hall is actually where Harry says his last goodbyes to Ced. Hopefully it all makes some sense now.
