His Zanpakutou is in its Shikai form. Zaraki Kenpachi doesn't know how to reduce the form below Shikai. Nor does he know how to use the Skikai power or use Bankai.

Although its a good idea, they wouldnt do that because it would go against his character. His fighting style is based on brute force. Even without knowing the name of his Zanpak-to, he was able to become a captain with his strength.
Plus, since he doesnt know his Zanpak-to's name, he cant learn any skills that would be as strong as he is. Although unless they threw in somewhere in the future that he does learn its name, only then i guess would he be able to do so.
