This one features the members of the Mishima Clan. Jinpachi, Heihachi, Kazuya and Jin. All have the devil gene...well except Heihachi, but as in past Tekken series when someone with devil gene dies, it leaves that individual and finds a new host. With Jinpachi's death, that leaves Heihachi as the only candidate. It would be the perfect way to keep him in the series since Namco is so reluctant to kill him off.

Yeah it would be cool if they gave Heihachi a devil form but the guy's powerful enough already. You'd basically be screwing over the entire Tekken universe by giving one guy that much power.
