Prophet - Allah commands to obey prophet completely and without any conditions.
Parents - You should obey them as long as they dont command you wrong things.
That means when you obey Rasool you are in effect obeying Allah. And when you obey your mother you are obeying Allah. When you disobey your mother (when she asks you to do bad / wrong thing) you are still obeying Allah.
