It's hard to watch a video because you can't help to scroll down to read what dumb comments people have to leave. : (
To get things straight, this is obviously a parody and the people did this for fun, hence the reason why they act stupid in a middle of public (and not care) while filming it and editing it. And for the 9000th time, they're Vietnamese, not Japanese.
