2) The lunges are terrible - never let the knee drift over the toes, ESPECIALLY not as far over as you have them! The knee should stay over the ankle. The back knee should lightly touch the floor.
4) Partial reps on the leg press are also pointless.
6) I hope you were just demonstrating exercises. A workout actually consisting of this many exercises and this much work, with this kind of form, would be absolutely terrible. Email me at zendreams(at)gmail(dot)com if you want help.
ps. whoever put this excample of a horrible form workout on youtube please remove the HIT part it..ur giving us a real bad name
