i got a marantz cd7-sony 777es amp but the only upgrade that worked was going to a ilink sony 9100es and ta-da9000es

at the end of the day if the wiring in the amp and cd player he has, doesnt add up to the quality of the nordorst or whatever stupidlyy expensive cable he has he wont get any better sound than just matching it with equivelent interconnect overkill

May I ask whats going on here? Ok So maybe the idea for the suspension on the stand is to avoid vibration to the devices but you know, you can do that with a little piece of foam under each feet for each devce. You dont need a stand that has 'suspension'.

this reduces noise on most frequencies and improves the audio signal...
the result is audiophile quality

I see... well as long as he thinks its better then thats all that counts, but I somehow feel that in an AB test, he wouldnt be able to tell the modified from the stock. Its placebo effect at work here IMO.
