Checkpoints need to be set up to deport illegals. This is not a normal situation. There are 20 million people in this country illegally who's loyalty is to Mexico. We need them deported. Drunk driving checkpoints aren't good, but checkpoints for illegals are necessary to protect our country.

Once you allow one sort of checkpoint which violates our Constitutional Rights, you've allowed them all. NEVER RATIONALIZE YOUR RIGHTS BEING COMPROMISED.
Remember: We're supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, NOT guilty until proven innocent.
For the kind that you're talking about, isn't that the whole purpose of border patrol and having them patrol the *BORDER*? If it was simply for purposes of illegals, then you would have to flat out do racial profiling.

This is incremental desensitization for martial law; which is virtually implemented in various parts around the country such as: Helena, Arkansas and NYC.
Most of the populous are good, passive consumers that don't see a problem because they're able to purchase "Guitar Hero" on credit cards.
What's going on right now is not a shock for anyone that's been paying attention, but man, this is a rude awakening for those that have been domesticated, pacified, and fattened up for the NWO slaughter.

Disagree w/Mr. Jenkins, when my husband witnessed BP agents allowing illegals to cross the border in Sonora,TX while they stopped him randomly - 10feet away the illegals were getting into cabs! YES! They were bringing them to the SS or welfare office to get money so they could get on the books, pay the driver and then have him take them to the driver's license bureau to get a license, no questions asked.

Thank you for your support! Check out Campaign for Liberty and get your family, friends, police, deputies, and complete strangers involved and passionate about the REAL things in life. Thousands can show up for a football game in a stadium, yet we can't even get 10 to show up to these checkpoints with signs to protest. WTF?!
The whole way I got this video is because I made it a point to have a *GOOD* conversation with the deputies out there; and I encourage you and everyone else to do the same.

I had a similar experience when I went to South Padre a few years back... As we were heading down there, a hollowed out Ma' Bell utility truck pulled over *RIGHT ACROSS THE HIGHWAY* from the hardened border patrol checkpoint that was oozing with agents and we counted ~15 illegals that jumped out. Were the agents concerned? Nope.
When/if I can find what little video I have (I tried getting it on film while driving 70 someodd mph) I'll throw it on here.

what's the bid deal? So you have to stop and the cop sees if you look like you've been drinking. If it keeps the DD from killing someone I love than I'm for it. I would gladly stop and let them ask me if I've been drinking.

this is step by step erosion of our rights. I want to live in a free country. I don't drink and drive at all, but I refuse to allow police to be in any way involved in my life unless they have a warrant or PC. Driving down the street is not probable cause to be stopped or questioned.

People like to say "Well whats wrong with stopping for a second if you don't have anything to hide?".
The problem with this mentality is that after awhile they say "Well who cares if all the muslims are being detained in the US if your not muslim?
Then it eventually goes to "Well who cares if they are swat teaming everyone and taking them to camps, if you work hard you might survive".
etc etc. If you even let anything slip by even if its small, it'll only get worse and worse.

Some of you people obviously have other issues on your mind (illegal imigration)and dont see how this is a money business and now police can fabricate any situation in their favor" with this new "Impaired to the slightest Degree Law" Then in court the officer will say that you were speeding so he stopped you when you know that you were'nt. Just so you know, DUI checkpoints, immigration checkpoints, fish and game checkpoints, among others, have all been deemed LEGAL by the Supreme Court. So you may want to change the description where it says these checkpoints violate the 4th amendment, because they DONT.

When the Supreme Court rules that you don't have 6th & 8th Amendment Rights, grab you and send you outside of the country for "renditioning" without access to a jury (or writ of Haebus Corpus since that's been out of the window for at least 2 years now) then I suppose that's LEGAL and that DOESN'T violate the Bill of Rights either?
