Bosnian Muslims were born out of Serbian converts to islam most of the converts where from the cities of Bosnia where they lived as merchants who converted under opressive laws which heavily taxed the Christian population. The Serbs neighbouring in the farmlands where mostly self sufficent and held on to their Christian religon.contd..
