Reason doesn't record audio and should be used in sync with a daw like ALbeton Live if recording and resampling are needed. If you are looking for a quick easy fix go with FL Studio. If you want to learn a program and at the same time learn how to use components in real studio, go with Reason(and like I said pair it with Ableton Live or another good DAW). Reason is more fun IMO and handles routing in a realworld manner. Just hit the TAB button on your keyboard to see the back and connect wires.
