The Security and Prosperity Proposal is trying to pave the way for the North American Union, which similar to the European Union has the goal of creating a common currency for all of Canada, US, and Mexico.
There are very negative implications of such a move such as one government essentially controlling the economic (and probably other) policies of all three sovereign nations.
This is all being pushed by the Central Banks. The master plan is a global currency and global economic control.

I am disappointed that the SQ were involved with this. This is the kind of thing the RCMP or OPP have taken part of and the SQ usually followed the line and stood up against RCMP corruption. Quebec is still my last hope for a revolution to take back Canada and give it back to the people. The Quebecois have always been examples in this area..
