The harp is absolutely amazing, it adds a whimsical factor that is absolutely beautiful and honestly she could have sung this a little bit better, she has no vibratto at all and she sang this song like an inexperienced little girl.

agree with you 100%. She has a pretty voice but that's everything to it. She is young and she still has a lot to learn. Some young people can perform this well though. I can cite the 12-yr old girl who sang this song in Britain's Got Talent as an example. A pity I forgot her name.
Overall I prefer Karen Carpenter's version above all other non-operatic voices.

Aw. I think it was delicate and beautiful. Just the way it should be sung -- that's the feeling I get. It doesn't have to be sung with vibratos or anything else to get through to the audience. The words speak for themselves the prayer's own power. And this is regardless to whether she gives a crap about Mary. See that's why we don't think about that, and it's still touching.
