yeah this is a pretty fun video and makes a lot of hopeful albanians feel good. I'm afraid this is completely false.
It is a known fact that there is no nautical vocabulary in the Illyrian or albanian language. All of the nautical expressions or vocabulary has been borrowed from Greek or Latin thus debunking your claim that Illyria was a naval powerhouse. This is also the first time I've ever heard someone make this claim. It's pretty immature though!
