Have you ever seen the Southpark episode "Simpson's Did It"? They've been on so long you could probably say everyone rips off Simpson's. lol Honestly I think family guy has a formula of its own. It's a lot of random humor mixed in with pop culture. Simpson's is great don't get me wrong, but I do think Family Guy is able to stand alone.
