I agree with you however i think it was nice that "Madness" included Labi Siffre's appearance on their video (at around 3 mins-10 secs).
I just loved the guitar solo on this song.
I recall spending a long time trying to copy it. (and the Fender Rhodes organ run at 3 mins-6 secs).

My oppinion (for what it's worth) this original version is the best, madnesses version was a great one but, you have to look where it came from ! great posting. 5star stuff.
