This was an extremely powerful video clip and could possible be one of my favorites. It is only deep as you have stored, processed and kept within you all hurtful memories. Memories are not real but we use them to generate behaviors. If you notice the positive as well as you have focused on the bad you will then create new feelings of feeling good.

We have been taught that giving, honoring, & loving self is selfish which is contrary to the truth. When you honor oneself then you give from that truth. We give away from two basic reasons: one believing we don't deserve it, guilty, feeling unworthy, duty, & other reasons because we were taught to believe so or we give from our inner love which is the higher path of giving & still honor self. Some give so much it handicaps those they give to because it isn't from the inner love for self.

Robert, John McCain was tortured in a concentration camp, his arms were badly damaged. I'm SURE there's an emotional component somewhere there. My husband says he doesn't think eft cold help him with his arms, being able to raise them above his head, I say it could. What do you think? :) Arum

There are many things about our life we can change by letting go of our inner pain. The body represents our emotional states so letting go of our fears, hurts and emotional hurts will give us more freedom even if the body has it limitations. Being happy does affect our life, our world and our body because its how things work, regardless what anyone thinks but their thinking does make it true or not. I should upload more healing videos.

I am AMOST convinced this could work for me - ALMOST. Please explain what the actual physical act of doing the tapping does that helps us. I get the whole positive thinking and everything else you said - by why the need for physical tapping?

I bet you use electricity and you probably don't know how it works either but it is nice to find the switch when your in the dark and that is how tapping works. Its the switch that helps you to see better when there is darkness within. You'll use it for the rest of your life. Peace Robert
