if a plane where to be placed on a treadmill. and the track where to be moving in the opposite direction. would the plane take off. alot of people say no thinking the treadmill counter acts the forward speed of the plane. they can't separate the fact that the planes forward speed comes from the motors and not the wheels.
it was a joke
