i think that the best skate for power skating are bauer nike one 90 i got them i am fiften years old and i have very god time 1 lap over the hockey arena its 13,7 sek the blade is difrent from other blades bauer nike one 90 rox try them

i had one of those on at a hockey camp. took a while to get used to it. but when you do it is amazing. a whole new way of skating.

yea, idc what ppl say ice and roller are completely diff, but i only have 1 area to skate and its closed most of the time for their other programs (like figure skating) that they do. so in the offseason i play roller when i cant get any ice

Are those elasticised bands around his ankles providing resistance? When it goes up to three bands it's making it harder for him to separate the legs to force im to use more power?

your crazy dude. No one has ever only been on ice skates for only 4 years and made it. Plus youll see me reffing games in the nhl and throwing guys off the ice. I dont have the time to learn how to handle a puck.
