Drumming
Pershkrimi videos:Practicing drumming rudiments on pads. The video clip is only to demonstrate the practice of basic rudiments which consist and can be appiled to most types of drumming( pipe band, marching, rock, jazz etc. Most of the rudiments being played in the clip can be found in any drum tutor...good examples are joe morellos books and Buddy Richs snare drum rudiments. 5 stroke rolls, triplets, closed roll, flams etc. Also the video clips purpose is to demonstrate and practice technique!!!! Once you have mastered some of the rudiments you can apply it to your drumming.Please do enjoy the clip for what is meant to show.... RUDIMENTS AND TECHNIQUE!!!! Happy practicing!!!!

| Jeeezz...I watched this sometime back and was amazed; and I watched it just now, my man, and I was amazed all over again. I'm serious, I'm an experienced drummer, but your hand work absolutely mesmerizes me. Fine, fine work. I hope you do a video with these kinds of moves on a drumset. | Dude, very nice! I see you have your doubles, singles, paradiddles, paradiddle-diddles and other multi-sticked rudiments. Now to work on flam combinations!!! Try looking up some like the flam cheese, flam drag and flam five and get creative with them. They are difficult, but talk about impressing people from all aspects of drumming, that's the stuff to learn. Keep up the great work!! (Buy the Rudimental Cookbook to find all sorts of freakishly hard rudiments) |
